The Logan Condos

Originally constructed in 1929 and owned by OU graduate and businessman David Logan, this residence was later purchased by the University of Oklahoma in 1945 and rented out as apartments. Gardner Studio designed new programming for the 3-story historic tax credit project to adapt the use for luxury condominiums. The building converted what was originally 20 apartments into to 8 modern day condominiums with new building systems, restored existing windows and a common courtyard and shared garden. The updated building included introducing modern appointed dwellings with high end finishes within a meticulously restored envelope. The goal was to breathe new life into a tired community asset, generating activity and reinvestment into the important Boyd corridor leading to campus.
