A former auto body shop, this adaptive reuse project rehabilitated the exterior and interior of an existing property to create a unique food hall in the heart of Midtown Oklahoma City. With twelve kitchens, multiple food concepts, open dining courts, and a full bar, the building design incorporates additional seating with wraparound rooftop corner outdoor patios. A mix of finishes and fixtures throughout the space create distinct areas with a shared visual story that encourage patrons to move about the space. Each restaurant brand stands apart while sharing a collective and unified experience.
