When new ownership purchased the former Rose Creek Clubhouse, they envisioned major changes to the overall experience. A design-build approach, the project included a complete overhaul of interiors, structural upgrades, enclosing an exterior patio space, and building out distinct, but cohesive spaces for private events, restaurant and bar seating, and a members-only speakeasy.

Working with Smith and Pickel Construction in collaboration with Strickland Design, Gardner’s scope included Design and Fabrication capabilities coming together on the interiors, extensive millwork, cased openings, custom doors, and ceiling treatments. Upon completion in 2022, the project was recognized as a Top Ranked Clubhouse in the nation.
