Lanier Law

Transforming a commercial shell into an inviting, light-filled boutique law firm.

Lanier Law is a well-established multi-state law firm with a litany of practice areas and a growing presence in Oklahoma City. When the firm approached Gardner to create a space that stood apart from traditional law offices in the area, the brief warranted a refreshed and newly expanded office Downtown. Our team opted to incorporate modern design elements and clean lines in order to transcend the stereotypical heavy,dark-wood attorney’s office aesthetic while maintaining a timelessness that can be trusted.

With a nod to the materiality of yesteryear’s firms, large picture windows are framed in rich-toned walnut that brings in a flood of natural light from the newly activated sidewalk and streetfront views. Pop Art and Andy Warhol introduce elements of whimsy and personality throughout the office. The result is a fully integrated design and build package, that lends major impact to a relatively small space, full of custom-built details and intention at every turn.
