16th Street Apartments

A modern apartment complex brings value and apartment options to the hip Plaza District.

The once-bustling Main Street corridor of Oklahoma City had experienced positive turnover in restaurant and retail sectors but lacked high-quality residential options. The newly-thriving Plaza District had several larger undeveloped lots to the immediate west of the core district that could serve as a new gateway. 

Gardner worked hand-in-hand with the developer to establish a concept that prioritized residential above retail spaces in order to maintain the integrity of the mixed-use district. The design also prioritized sidewalks for not only the neighborhood but visitors and guests of the property.
